The Hail Investment Forum 2025 showcased over 100 investment opportunities worth SR50 billion across agriculture, mining, tourism, and logistics, all accessible through the Invest Saudi platform.
The region has already secured SAR 8.5 billion ($2.27 billion) in investment agreements, with 125 specific opportunities, including 14 strategic projects valued at SAR 34.2 billion ($9.12 billion) unveiled during the forum.
Only a couple of months earlier, the Municipality of Hail launched an additional 23 investment opportunities spanning residential, commercial, and service sectors, with streamlined application procedures available through the Foras platform.
These efforts are opening up space for more foreign involvement, attracting swathes of companies to set up a business in Saudi Arabia.
Expanding Healthcare Infrastructure
In November 2025, Hail has invested over SR1.6 billion ($427 million) in 37 new healthcare projects, including the opening of Hail General Hospital and significant upgrades across the region's medical facilities.
This expansion, part of the Kingdom's Health Sector Transformation Program under Vision 2030, is set to create opportunities for healthcare providers, medical equipment suppliers, and pharmaceutical companies.
The private sector is contributing to nine additional healthcare projects through partnerships with leading healthcare players such as Zamzam Medical Group, Nerve Solutions, Saudi German Hospital, Reyadah Health, Takhasus Medical Group, Gheima Medical, Etqan, and Lemon Medical Group.
The update signals a welcoming environment for healthcare-related business ventures, showing how receptive the market is to companies with diversified assets.
