What is the CoC Portal?
The Chamber of Commerce (CoC) Portal is the online platform that allows businesses in Saudi Arabia to register their entities with the Chamber of Commerce in the KSA. This registration is a vital step for companies operating in the Kingdom, as it is required to participate in local business activities, bid for government contracts, and engage with various economic sectors. The CoC Portal facilitates the registration process, enabling businesses to complete essential steps online and manage their CoC-related activities.
CoC Portal Registration Process:
- Saudi Entity’s and General Manager’s Document Preparation: Before registering a company on the CoC Portal, certain documents must be prepared. These include: It is essential that the authority of the GM to register in the Chamber of Commerce is explicitly mentioned in the AoA. - Copy of the Articles of Association (AoA)
- Valid passport of the General Manager (GM)
